Payment options

- Orders totalling over £300 are shipped free, with no charge for insurance or tracking
- Orders under £300 total value are shipped free, but with a compulsory £10.95 added per package* for insurance and tracking
- Orders totalling over £500 are additionally eligible for an option of staged instalment payments.

BACS works by you making payment directly from your bank account to the Buzz.florist business bank account, either in person at your bank or by using your bank's own secure online payment system. Opting to use BACS payment method in our site's payment process, will result in you receiving an automated email from us, providing our banking details for you to apply when making your own payment transaction from your bank account. With BACS, your order is not confirmed until your payment is actually transferred by you, to complete your payment-in-full in respect of your order.

We use STRIPE’s secure Payment Gateway, providing an option of using Debit or Credit cards by which to make payment.

As a convenient option for eligible purchases over £500, we provide an interest free instalment plan via Partial.ly!
This plan enables our customers to spread the cost of their purchases. The prepayment system offered has additional contractual Terms and Conditions.
A £25 Registration fee is required to defray admin costs, at the onset of your ‘approved’ payment plan.

Please note – Your registration fee is refundable when your invoiced final instalment is completed.

The customer is solely responsible for deciding they are able to manage this financial transaction over a ‘fixed time’ to which they have committed/agreed with the lender…Partial.ly.
Please note …that failure to maintain payments in accordance with any partial.ly credit agreement will result in being reported to Credit Bureaux and can lead to debt recovery action by them.

The’ time period’ commences when you ‘Process Down Payment’ and the subsequent monthly payments will be equal in value and spread over as many months as available up to 45 days prior to delivery – such delivery date being determined by you on the calendar in the ordering process on this website.
